- Eigo eclipse ritual is hijacked by a Versa cult and Jinhou is invaded by monsters from within. Prince Kaneko Nobu is killed and the emperor goes missing.
Chapter 1
- Caelumnis is invaded by fog monsters. Amnesiac hero Reinhardt and Farah of the Saint's Guard stop the invasion and save the city. Reinhardt goes missing shortly after.
While the party is missing for 6 months
Al-Azaliyya
- Immense sandstorm dubbed "Ardia's Fury" by the natives appears on the continent and stops Luxan advance towards the capital.
Cen
- Luxan diplomat Micah Sellic arrives to Cen'Ith aboard the airship Viator.
- Al-Azaliyyan elder Faris Anwar arrives to Cen'Ith.
Chevell
- Refugee crisis begins at the northern border, as people from the Heretic Mountains begin their exodus towards south.
- Chevell begins to militarize its eastern border in response to Jotunheim.

- Eastern half of Xinguang is enveloped by mysterious black clouds, which stops Luxan advance towards the capital.
Chapter 2
- Cen'Ith prison island high security ward is destroyed by monster invasion.
