An event in the Walled Garden during which the royal family and Jaana were supposed to perform an ancient ritual to ward off Versa's growing influence.
The event was hijacked by a Versa cult and Jaana was tricked by powerful illusion magic into killing her friend prince Kaneko with Kaneko'sancestor's blessed sword, thus fulfilling Cole's prophecy: "Beneath black sun, blood unmakes blood".
