One of the strangest passengers aboard The Providence.
Does not interact with anyone and is never seen without his blindfold.
Sleeps on the deck in a basic tent, with captain’s permission.
Ruby is always seen with him.
Is brought food and water from the kitchen by the ship staff.
Wearing some kind of bracelets; they are barely visible from under his cloak.
Seems to “see” things that are not there.
Touches Walter and Faylin during the monster attack on the ship, after which both of the two are able to see the invisible hydra heads floating in the air.
Had a strange outburst directed at Walter and Faylin: “You will see it. And you will see it as well. But what will you do when you see it? Is there even a right choice? Or is it already too late?”.
Carried by Ruby (piggybacking) towards the city of Jinhou.
Jinhou harbor officials were ordered not to touch him or Ruby.
His likeness appears in a dream to Walter and Faylin, with a cryptic message “Beneath black sun, blood unmakes blood”.
Met with Xiong Li at the restaurant Hidden Sanctuary where his strange powers were used by Tatsuya Sekigahara to see the events at the warehouse through Xiong Li’s eyes.
Gave Xiong Li a cryptic message: “Don’t blame yourself. You didn’t know”.
His powers were used again at the interior ministry’s office to show Xiong Li’s memory to minister Gou Uchimori, at the behest of Tatsuya Sekigahara.
According to Sekigahara, everything about him is top secret information.
