He's escorting Faris Anwar when the party meets him in the waiting room.
When the party is questioned about their recent past in the audience chamber, he and Thaz-Malat are the ones doing most of the questioning.
After having a brief discussion with the queen and Vil-Seilen, he declares the interrogation over and informs the party that they are allowed to leave the palace grounds with Vil-Seilen or Vol-Zorya accompanying them.
He also says that Micah Sellic will be informed that Ricky cannot attend the dinner to which he was invited to tonight.
