The old scribe who appears in the royal guest house early in the morning after the party spends their first night there. There's a group of servants with him who wake the party up with experimental modern Cenith music (it sounds terrible). Che-Kuyuki says he's not a fan of this music that the young Cenith people listen to, but Vol-Zorya told him that the party's wish was to be waken up by local modern music.
As the party waits for their traditional Cenith breakfast, he collects the party's basic information,
He says he's met all kinds of adventurers at his old age and is not fazed by most of the information the party provides, or the fact that some party members can't remember the names of their relatives.
After the party has had their breakfast, he explains the protocol that the party needs to follow when they have an audience with the queen. He then leaves with the other servants to deliver the documents to someone, after which he will return with coloured cloaks that the party needs to wear while in the royal palace.
