An approx. 25-year-old drunkard from the warehouse district. His drunkard fellows say he has great eyes. He is apparently drinking away his inheritance.
Claims he saw “the man with goatee” with another man and a “lady”. All three were wearing cloaks with hoods He seemed fond to recall the lady of the group. She looked “fine” and her hair was “as black as night”, but instead of smelling like perfume like most Eigan women she smelled like mud and damp fresh dirt, even though it hadn’t been raining.
He received the rest of the wine bottle as reward for his “testimony”. Reappeared in the Misty Peaks Onsen to cause mischief.
